Altus Industries Inc II (“Altus,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the VIDICI® Virtual Care platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with SMS invitations to virtual care sessions.
Information We Collect
We collect limited personal information necessary to send SMS invitations:
- Phone Numbers: Provided by patients or clinicians for the purpose of inviting individuals to a virtual care session.
We do not collect or store:
- Health or medical information via SMS
- Message content beyond the invitation link
- Personal data unrelated to the invitation process
How We Collect Information
Phone numbers are provided by:
- Patients who share contact information with a clinician, or
- Clinicians who input phone numbers into the system based on information provided by their organization or patient
By providing a phone number to a patient, clinician, or healthcare organization for the purpose of receiving a virtual care invitation, individuals consent to receive a one-time SMS message.
How We Use Information
We use phone numbers solely to:
- Send one-time SMS invitations to join a VIDICI® Virtual Care session
Messages include:
- A secure link to join the virtual session
- The name of the sending organization and/or VIDICI® Virtual Care
We do not use phone numbers for:
- Marketing or promotional messaging
- Ongoing communication or follow-ups
Message and data rates may apply.
Message Frequency
Recipients will only receive messages when explicitly invited to a session. There is no recurring or automated messaging.
Information Sharing
We may share phone numbers with third-party service providers (such as Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering SMS messages. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for marketing purposes.
Opt-Out Rights
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
If you opt out:
- Your phone number will be added to a suppression list to prevent future messages
- No further SMS invitations will be sent to your number
Data Retention
- Phone numbers are not stored after message delivery
- Phone numbers are only retained if you opt out (reply STOP), in order to honor your request and prevent future messages
Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SMS messaging services provided by Altus Industries Inc II (“Altus,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) in connection with the VIDICI® Virtual Care platform.
SMS Messaging Consent
By providing a phone number to a patient, clinician, or healthcare organization for the purpose of participating in a virtual care session, you consent to receive a one-time SMS invitation from Altus Industries Inc II (VIDICI® Virtual Care). This message will include a secure link to join the session. No marketing messages will be sent.
Types of Messages
SMS messages are strictly transactional and may include:
- Invitations to join a virtual care session
- A secure link to access the session
- The name of the sending organization and/or VIDICI® Virtual Care
We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
Message Frequency
Messages are sent on a per-invite basis only.
You will only receive a message when you are invited to a specific virtual care session.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After opting out:
- You will no longer receive SMS invitations from us
- Your number will be added to a suppression list to honor your request
